EvoFlex is a pallet Stretchfilm that allows ventilation of products after wrapping. This product combines breathability with reinforcements, which give excellent load stability. The benefits of EvoFlex are widely understood in environments where products are in need of constant flow of air to prevent damage from condensation.

It is the ideal solution for packaging of all goods, which require good air circulation to prevent problems of transpiration, internal humidity or overheating.

It avoids the deterioration of products and of the internal packaging caused by condensation. This would result in soft cardboard, rust on metal parts, mould forming and label damage.

The film allows products to cool evenly and remain the same temperature throughout the pallet.

The film is easy to apply by either hand or machine. The reinforcements allow the film to be used on power Pre Stretch machinery and can cater for up to 250% pre stretch.

Total flexibility on fully automatic machinery, allowing EvoFlex to replace solid stretchfilm without alteration of current settings. This eliminates the need for a dedicated line to handle only certain products.

When used in the horticulture industry, this film prevents build up of carbon dioxide and allows watering throughout the distribution process. It does not damage plants when removing from cage.

The film is 100% polyethylene, easy to recycle and dispose of after use.

Does not tangle in forklift wheels, because when cut from pallet the film can be 'balled' up due to cling levels.

When products are flash frozen after wrapping, the film allows quicker temperature reduction, hence less energy and time required. The film also does not have a freezer breaking point, allowing it to function in cold storage conditions.
