Question and Answer
The following are
examples of the most common problems and how EvoFlex can overcome them:
1. My products are packaged when still warm, and condensation inside the
wrap causes damage to the internal packaging.
Wrap immediately with EvoFlex and allow the product to cool down without
slowing down the dispatch procedure.
2. My product must be allowed to cure before being palletised. for
24-48 hours.
If this product is wrapped by EvoFlex the curing can take place without
need for secondary storage.
3. I have fully Automatic Machinery with my tension set at 225%.
I have to change gearing to use this type of film.
Using EvoFlex N1, you can replace current film without reducing your
settings, thus achieving high yields and lower costs, along with full
flexibility of line usage.
4. My load is unstable and needs high levels of stretch.
EvoFlex has reinforcements, which allow for an extremely stable pallet
module. The film can be tailor made for any given application with more of
less stretch left in the web. This allows the optimisation of the finished
pallet.
5. When I wrap my pallets I have to apply so much film that the
holes are covered and it is very costly.
Due to the reinforcements you only need to apply the minimum amount of
film to achieve stability, this leaves holes unimpaired increasing the air flow
and reducing cost and time of each wrap.
6. I cannot get the film to cut and seal on my fully Automatic
machinery.
EvoFlex can be sealed on most fully automatic lines, however if the
system is such that this is difficult then we can leave 1 or 2 lanes without
holes to allow sufficient film to be sealed.
